pandora bracelet looks rusted?
so my cousin got me a pandora silver bracelet and its not supposed to rust cause its real silver anyways she got it like 2 weeks ago and kept it inside the box the whole time and it rusted. this is a real one, its not fake. is it normal or what 
is it possible to remove the rust?! and is it possible to exchange it for another one if the receipt is lost?

I would stop by a local jeweler just to get it looked it. They usually have things to clean it with, usually for free, and it’s alot safer than doing on your own, since they are professionals. Also, most jewelry stores keep logs of jewerly in computers or books, for warranties or for lost receipts, or in case it was a gift. So. I would say stop by a jeweler to see if it can be saved, and if not contact the store she bought it at.
