Death Note Cosplay- Who should I go as?
I’m going to an anime expo in London soon, but I’m not sure who to cosplay? My best bets are on Mello, maybe Near. I have no idea who to choose though, because I’m cr*p and making my own mind up! Any ideas? I’m trying to find someone who won’t be too expensive to cosplay.
P.S Any characters from Pandora Hearts or Fullmetal Alchemist would help too, I’m a big fan of them too!! Also, I cannot go as Light becuase I’m going as him to the expo next year. ^^
Well, who do you prefer? If you like them both equally, then how much money do you have? Near’s plain white outfit would be pretty cheap. You could do Wammy’s House Mello, in which he simply wears black pajamas, but the leather-clad Mello is generally more accepted and recognizable, and that outfit would likely be expensive. (Leather boots, pants, you’d have to probably make the vest, etc., etc., etc.) If money isn’t a problem, then which character can you emulate most skilfully? That is, which character can you pull off best? Mello’s brashness, competitiveness, inferiority complex, determination and general badassery, or Near’s calculating, holier-than-thou, toy-toting childishness?
