Is Pandora radio free to use on an android phone with wifi but without a data plan (internet)?
I have a Samsung vibrant but with no internet data plan. If i’m using it with wifi (at home) there shouldnt be a charge to use it, right?
That’s what Im thinking but when I got it installed, my phone warned me against the cost of it without a data plan.
