What parts and peices do I need to make a pandora bracelet?

I don’t want to get one made from an expensive place so I just want to buy parts and beads on ebay…which are way less expensive that other stores. But what do I need? I read something about a screw on bead and stopper beads…what do I need?
How many beads do I need to fill up a seven inch chain?
