I cant open my pandora necklace?
I received a pandora necklace as a present, it already has charms on it and i can’t figure out how to open it to add more charms, i’ve looked online, it isn’t one where the clasp flips open, it has a lobster clip at the top and two, plain silver separators, the only idea i have is that they twist, but they are impossible to move!
please help!!
Look on the side of the charm (known as a clip) you should see a seam. Take your fingernail and work into the seam and then *push* to get it to pop open. Those two clips are special beads that go over the two notches on a PANDORA bracelet, and are designed NOT to move.
This allows you to keep your beads in place in the three sections that are formed by using the clips. It is one of the things that makes PANDORA special.
