I would have to say that Sebastain is ( although Gilbert is a close 2nd)
Sebastain is incredibly stong and loyal to his master, he is also amazing at what he does and manages to be th best butler that I have seen. Claude isn’t bad but I think Sebastian is a better butler because he doesn’t try to get a better master he was smart enough to get a good master from the begining. Gilbert is 2nd because although he is loyal I always saw him as a friend/ bodygaurd rather than a butler especially as the series progresses.
