Cosplay ideas, anyone?
I’d like to cosplay Xerxes Break from Pandora Hearts.

What is better: to make a costume myself or to buy one?
Also, where can I buy that costume? I’ve searched some most popular cosplay sites and haven’t found anything.
And, if making a costume myself, what materials should I use to make the costume a real high-quality one that it’d be possible to use in life?

Anyways, like someone said, I would suggest getting a commision but here's anothe helpfull tip. The only REALLY hard thing about Xerxes is his jacket Try and make the shirt, and pants yourself. Those are not too hard. Then you can ask for a commision on just the jacket. As for the shoes, you can try and see how much they will charge, if it's too much you can just do what a lot of cosplayers do and wear normal shoes, or just get simple white boots.
