PANDORA DIY is it an authentic copy?
Has anyone else had trouble returning goods to Pandora DIY, a colleague bought a bracelet from Pandora DIY and asked me to compare it to the one she purchased from Pandora DIY, the bracelet was not as thick as mine and the word Pandora engraved on the clasp does not have the Pandora crown above the O as well as the inside of the claps was shiny and mine is dull, the gold on the some of the charms she had was wearing off and was a very dark gold colour compared to mine. She is having trouble returning the goods even though they have a returns policy.
Unfortunately, this is something many people get caught out on. Copies are often a bad consumer choice and often cause more problems in the long run than they save. I might suggest your friend mark this one up to experience and save her time and money. If she does pursue the refund route may I wish her all the very best of luck. (Advice: If she paid via credit card, she may be able to use the cards insurance to gain a refund without sending the item back, tell her to consult her credit card company).
