My Pandora Bracelet has a “hump” in the cent, in between the stoppers. Is it supposed to be there?
Is it messed up? I just bought it today and the bump stops one bead from moving.
That doesn’t sound right. I would definitely take it back to the store where you bought it. All PANDORA Stores should replace or repair defective items within the 1 year Warranty.
If it was a smaller store, and they give you any grief, try and find a PANDORA only Flagship store like you might see in a mall. They will certainly help you out.
