I’ve seen scans, and covers for the Pandora Hearts Art book,

There are Ebay listings for it.
The cheapest on Ebay is $65(including shipping)…the price of it used/collectible from amazon.co.jp is ￥5,000($54.61) and it seems to be out of print or temporarily out of stock.
